It features hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms (open concept), two large bedrooms upstairs, a 4-piece bathroom, large windows from which to admire the view, a lovely, working kitchen and French doors leading onto a huge deck. The main floor has a 3-piece bathroom, large family room with a wood-burning stove,  bedroom with French doors leading to an outdoor patio, laundry room, and spacious foyer.

Both floors have ocean views and access to the yard. The house is located on a corner lot adjacent to a park with peaceful and well-maintained walking trails.

Beach access is found across the quiet road. Both the north and south ends of the road are used primarily by the residents of this enclave so it's perfect for biking, blading or just walking.

The property has a number of fruit trees - help yourself!, raspberry bushes, goldfish 'pond', backyard porch, and many quiet areas to just sit, admire the view, read a book or dream. This is truly a magical place!

Bedding and towels, gas BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, DVD/VCR player are supplied.  Beach shoes are recommended for beach walking and shell-collecting. Pets (dogs) will be accepted on approval. No smoking indoors please.  

There is an excellent collection of reading materials for kids & adults, complements of the readers in the family & an extensive array of toys & games, indoors and outdoors, for kids of all ages.
