The following rates are currently in effect:

High Season : July and August $1350/Wk, $250/day*
Shoulder Season:  June, September, Christmas period, $1000/Wk, $225./day*
Low Season:  January-April, November-December $850/Wk, $175/day*

*3 day minimum
**cleaning charges extra

Longer term as well as short term furnished rentals will be considered at a rate that reflects the
length of the tenancy.  Utilities are extra.
